Vitamin C with bioflavonoids – 1,000 to 2,000 milligrams C-vitamin / day. If abdominal

problems change to Ester-C.

 

B-vitamin Complex – 100 mg / day. Very important nervous system and stress vitamin.

 

Vitamin D – at least 2,000 IU / day at summertime and 3-5,000 IU / day at winter. Anti-oxidant.

Helps calcium absorption and supports bones. Get you D-vit levels tested.

 

Coenzyme Q10 – 100 mg x 1 daily. Highly recommended, is one of the best nutrients, fights

against free radicals (reduces risk of cancer and age-related diseases) and gives energy.

 

Magnesium – 500 mg, Mg glycinate is the best absorbed (need only 300-400mg/day). Next best

are Mg citrate and Mg aspartate, and less bioavailable is Mg oxide. Mg is needed for 300 enzyme

reactions in the body! Magnesium gives energy for your adrenals and bone, heart, muscle, nerve,

immune function. It is very important in chronic fatigue. Take in the evenings to support sleep.

 

Zinc 25-50mg / day (most absorbed forms are Zinc picolinate and Zinc citrate)

Omega 3 – 1000mg x2 , heart, blood pressure, cholesterol, memory. Oily Fish, and fish oil contain

EPA and DHA Omega 3's; these play a key role in various body processes including regulating
