Holistic Massage
The word Holistic simply means ‘whole’ and describes an approach to massage that looks at the whole person and what their body, mind, and emotions are experiencing on a daily basis. We store emotion in our bodies and it is frequently that root cause of muscular tension. Releasing that tension and awakening the energy flow in the body can be the beginning of the process of healing and getting the most out of your life.
Massage
Massage has been used for relaxation and the promotion and restoration of health for thousands of years. The breaking down of muscular tension is a huge relief, feels fantastic and in very basic terms, massage speeds up the circulation system.
Aromatherapy
Essential Oils are the natural oils and essences extracted from plants, herbs, woods, flowers and spices. They are absorbed into the blood-stream through the skin and by breathing in and have distinctive, powerful therapeutic properties.
Pregnancy Massage
This is a full body Massage Treatment for pregnant women beyond the 12th. Week of their pregnancy. The primary focus is relaxation and to ease stressed and strained muscles.
Reiki
Reiki is an ancient form of hands on energy healing where the healer is a channel of the healing energy and the healing will go to wherever it is needed
Some notice subtle effects on the body, others feel nothing but either way healing is taking place.
The treatment last about an hour an the client remains fully clothed throughout.

Reflexology is the physical act of applying pressure to the feet and hand with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. it is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands with a premise that such work effects a physical change to the body.
In a reflexology chart the body is reflected on the feet or hands. It serves as a map for technique application to target health goals

Dr Hauschka Facial Treatment - Josephine Byrne
Dr Hauschka is committed to using the finest raw materials and medicinal herbs cultivated under fair trade conditions, from biodynamic sources whenever possible. Dr Hauschka does not test any product on animals.
The treatment starts with a Sage Foot Bath, and your skin and skin care routine is discussed. Once your feet are dried, you move to the couch where feet and legs are massaged. Then a gentle stretching and relaxation movements are applied to your neck, head and arms. Your face is then cleansed with aromatic water, and after a Facial Steam Bath a cleansing mask is applied to deep cleanse your skin. Day care is applied to complete this two hour journey
